Construction and size

Sheet size A3 portrait (297×420 mm), 13 sheets: front cover and 12 months, single-sided full-colour print. The sheets are wire-bound along the top edge — a metal wire that lets you turn the sheet over the top of the calendar, so only the current month shows on the wall. The hanger sits in the middle of the wire and the calendar hangs straight from a single nail.

Design – three ways

• Pick a ready-made template and replace the photos with your own. The calendar grid is already in place, you only swap the pictures.
• Design it yourself in our online studio from a blank page: add your photos, text and the calendar grid.
• Upload your own file — 13 A3 portrait pages as a PDF, 3 mm bleed. The template file is under the Templates tab above.

Calendar grid and special dates

The calendar grid is part of the design: in our templates it is already in place, in your own file it is yours. Two extras in the calculator: recolour the grid to your brand colours (free from 100 copies, €40 for smaller runs) and add your own dates to the grid — birthdays, company events, season openings — for €20 per order. Write the dates in the order notes field.

Papers

• For photos – coated paper 250 g – semi-matt coated paper, sharp photos and vivid colours. The default for a photo calendar.
• Writable – matt paper 250 g – uncoated natural surface you can write on with a pen. Choose it when the grid is used for planning.
• Recycled fibre paper 250 g – 100% recycled fibre, the most environmentally friendly choice in our range; a small surcharge shown in the calculator.

Wire colour and date marker

Wire and hanger come in black, white or silver at the same price — choose to match the design. The date marker is a clear static-cling film with a red dot (Ø28 mm) that stays on the paper without glue — you move it to the next date each day. Useful on an office calendar, a matter of taste on a photo calendar.

Quantities and delivery

Order from 1 to 750 copies. For company calendars it pays to order at once: set-up is the same for one and a hundred, and the unit price falls quickly. Ready in 5 working days; for large runs we confirm the date when we accept the order.
