Formats
- A6 – 105×148 mm, postcard size, for counters and handouts
- A65 (DL) – 99×210 mm, fits a DL envelope – for mailings and info sheets
- A5 – 148×210 mm, the most ordered flyer
- A4 – 210×297 mm, when there is a lot of content or the picture has to work from a distance
Printing
Single-sided (4/0) or double-sided (4/4), chosen in the calculator. A double-sided flyer costs little more and gives you a second side for an offer, a map or a coupon.
Papers
- Silk – matt coated paper with a silky surface. Colours are accurate, the surface does not glare and text reads well under lamplight. The most universal choice. 130, 150 or 250 g.
- Gloss – glossy coated paper. Photos and colours come out at full strength – choose it when the picture sells the flyer: food, products, interiors. 130, 150 or 250 g.
- Uncoated paper – matt, with an office-paper feel. A pen writes on it, so it is the right choice for coupons, forms and info sheets. 80, 120 or 250 g.
- 100% recycled fibre paper – white uncoated paper made entirely from recovered fibre, carrying the Blue Angel ecolabel. The most environmentally friendly choice in our range. 80, 120 or 250 g.
Choosing the weight: 80 and 120 g are a thin info sheet, 130 g a light, flexible mailing flyer, 150 g the standard flyer for counters and handouts, 250 g a rigid, postcard-strength piece that people keep.
Lamination – for 250 g paper
Lamination protects against moisture, creasing and scratches and makes the flyer stiffer. Four films:
- Gloss – deepens colours and adds contrast, easy to wipe clean. For food photos and colour-rich designs that pass from hand to hand.
- Matt – kills glare and gives a calm surface. Fingerprints and scratches show more on matt than on gloss – for heavy handling choose scuff-proof.
- Scuff-proof – looks like ordinary matt, but the surface does not scratch or take fingerprints, even on dark designs. Choose it when the flyer has a dark background or travels a lot.
- Soft Touch – a velvety surface you want to hold. For invitations, menus and premium product promotion.
Lamination goes on one side (1/0) or both (1/1). Two-sided keeps the flyer flat, one-sided may curl. A laminated surface cannot be written on with a pen.

When a flyer, when something else
A flyer is a single sheet, printed on one or both sides. If you have more information than two sides can hold, see folded leaflets – 4 or 6 pages in the same pocket size. For the wall, a poster.
