Folded leaflets – more information on one printed piece

A folded leaflet holds four to six pages but stays flat in a letterbox or a pocket. It suits price lists, service overviews, event programmes and product guides – anywhere the two sides of a flyer run out of room.

Leaflet formats

Eight ready formats. The flat size for your artwork is in brackets.

• DL leaflet, 4pp – folded 99×210 mm (198×210 mm)
• DL leaflet, 6pp – folded 99×210 mm (297×210 mm)
• A6 leaflet, 4pp – folded 105×148 mm (210×148 mm)
• A5 leaflet, 4pp – folded 148×210 mm (297×210 mm)
• A4 leaflet, 4pp – folded 210×297 mm (420×297 mm)
• A5 window fold – folded 148×210 mm (297×210 mm)
• DL window fold – folded 99×210 mm (396×210 mm)
• Square leaflet – folded 105×210 mm (210×210 mm)

Fold types

Half fold – one fold, four pages. C fold (roll fold) – two folds in the same direction, the panels roll into each other, six pages. Z fold – two folds in opposite directions, the leaflet opens like a concertina. Window fold – the outer panels fold in to meet at the centre and open like shutters.

Papers

Silk and Gloss in 130, 150 and 250 g, uncoated paper in 120 and 250 g, and 100% recycled fibre paper (Nautilus Classic) in 120 and 250 g. The recycled paper is the most environmentally friendly choice in the range: made entirely from recovered fibre, carrying the Blue Angel eco label, and suited to any company that wants to cut the footprint of its print.

250 g stock is creased before folding so the fold does not crack. We do not offer lamination on folded leaflets – film stiffens the fold and it breaks.

Quantities and price

Runs from 50 to 5000 pieces. Printing is always double-sided (4/4). A one-off preparation fee of 26 € is added, covering file check and machine set-up.

Preparing your file

Send a PDF at the flat size with 3 mm bleed on every edge. Keep text and logos at least 5 mm in from the edge and off the fold lines. There is no need to mark the folds in the file.
