Format and printing
A4 – 210×297 mm. Single-sided or double-sided: single-sided for an ordinary letterhead, double-sided when the back carries terms, filling instructions or a second language.
Paper
- 80 g offset paper – white uncoated office paper like ordinary copy paper. For invoices, delivery notes and everyday letters.
- 120 g offset paper – thicker and stiffer, the sheet has weight in the hand. For contracts, quotations and letters that represent you.
A pen writes on both and both run through laser and inkjet printers – you print the invoice or letter content between the printed header and footer later.
Design – three ways
- Pick a template and replace the logo, company details and contacts with your own.
- Design it yourself in our online studio from a blank page.
- Upload your own file – A4 PDF, 3 mm bleed on every side; leave the content area empty, it is filled in the printer. The template file is under the Templates tab above. If the file is not ready yet, order now and send the file later.

When a letterhead, when something else
A letterhead is right when every sheet is a document whose content you print yourself. If one writing has to give two or three copies – delivery note, report, receipt – see NCR forms. A matching envelope goes with the letter; for notes, a notepad.
