Self-Copying Forms (Business Stationery)

Self-copying forms – 2 or 3 parts, A4, A5 and A6

A self-copying form gives two or three copies from one writing: delivery note, report, order form, receipt or job sheet for the customer and for you. Sets are glued into pads of 50, so a set tears off as one. Design the form in your browser, pick a ready-made template or upload your own file. The quantity is the number of sets: 50 sets are 50×2 or 50×3 sheets, one pad; the price shows instantly in the calculator. Production 4 working days, delivery on top. Printed in the EU, delivered across Europe.

Formats

• A4 – 210×297 mm – delivery notes, reports, contracts, job sheets
• A5 – 148×210 mm – order forms, service slips, receipts
• A6 – 105×148 mm – till receipts, small order slips

Parts per set

• 2 parts – white and yellow: one copy for the customer, one for you
• 3 parts – white, yellow and pink: customer, accounts and warehouse or technician

Self-copying paper carries the writing through without carbon paper: you write on the top sheet with a pen and the sheets below take the copy.

Printing

Single- or double-sided, black or colour: 1/0 and 1/1 for a black form, 4/0 and 4/4 when the logo is in colour or fields are colour-coded. Every sheet in the set carries the same design.

Gluing and numbering

The pad is glued along the long or the short edge – choose the one the set tears from most easily. On request we number every set in sequence: choose "Numbering – yes" in the calculator and write the start number or range in the notes field. Numbered sets suit receipts, reports and anything accounts has to track in order.

Design – three ways

• Pick a template and replace the logo, company details and fields with your own.
• Design it yourself in our online studio from a blank page: logo, table, signature lines.
• Upload your own file – one sheet as a PDF in the chosen format, 3 mm bleed on every side; the same design goes on every sheet of the set. Template files are under the Templates tab above. If the file is not ready yet, order now and send the file later. The design stays in your account – a reorder takes a couple of minutes.

Quantities and delivery

Quantities 50 to 1,000 sets, 1 to 20 pads; the quantity counts sets, each with 2 or 3 sheets. The unit price falls with quantity. Production 4 working days, delivery on top. Printed in the EU, delivered across Europe.

When self-copying, when something else

A self-copying form is right when you fill it in by hand and both sides must keep a copy. If you print the content yourself and no copy is needed, a letterhead is cheaper. For notes, a notepad.
