Presentation folders (Business Stationery)

Presentation folders – printed with your design

A presentation folder holds the proposal, contract or training pack you hand to a client. We print the covers from your file, laminate them on both sides and deliver the folders assembled: the pocket is glued and the archive clip fitted.

Folders

• Presentation folder with pocket, no spine – a pocket for loose sheets on the inside of the back cover, with business card slits.
• Presentation folder with pocket, 5 mm spine – the same pocket and card slits; the spine leaves room for a thicker stack of sheets.
• Folder with archive clip, 5 mm spine – a metal archive clip on the inside of the back cover. Punch the sheets with a two-hole punch (80 mm between the holes) and fasten them between the covers.

Every folder comes in A4 and A5. An A4 folder takes A4 sheets, an A5 folder A5 sheets.

Paper

• Standard paper 250 g – smooth paper, colours come out bright.
• Sturdier board 300 g – thicker and stiffer, so the folder keeps its shape better.
• Recycled paper 300 g – 100% recycled fibre with a slightly grey tone. Colours come out softer.

Printing and lamination

• 4/0 – we print the outside of the cover and the front of the pocket. The inside stays white.
• 4/4 – we also print the inside of the cover.
• We always laminate both sides, because with film on one side only the edges curl. Choose matt, gloss, soft touch or anti-scratch film. You cannot write on a laminated surface with a pen.

Artwork

• Download the template for your folder from the Templates tab on this page. It shows the cut line, folds, safe area and where the card slits are.
• Page 1 of your file is the outside of the cover, page 2 the inside. If the inside is not printed, send page 1 only.
• File: PDF with 3 mm bleed on every side.
